Dr. Hsu is a health services researcher with specialized training in program evaluation and the application of implementation science theories to healthcare improvement. Her work primarily employs quantitative methods to drive the development, implementation, and dissemination of initiatives focused on patient safety and quality improvement. Her research aims to comprehensively assess the effectiveness of these initiatives and identify key factors that impact their success. Her research is centered around several key areas:
